Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with actionable recommendations
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-gen product/service incubation
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational future-state implementations
