Responsibilities
- Analyze converging tech, economic, and social signals to identify high-impact 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into operational plans
- Author quarterly Horizon Scan Reports distributed to C-suite stakeholders
- Build proprietary forecasting models using proprietary ForesightAI platform
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-year+ strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight-to-execution initiatives
