Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Partner with C-suite to integrate innovation priorities into enterprise strategy
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives to achieve 2026 net-zero goals
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
- Present findings to stakeholders via executive briefings and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Technology, Futures Studies) required
