- Drive adoption of emerging tech through stakeholder workshops and executive briefings
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling ROI projections and risk mitigation
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI frameworks
- Certified in Innovation Management (CEIM) and Strategic Foresight
- Prior experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants or DARPA partnerships
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on future technologies
