Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact and market adaptation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-backed projections
- Build and lead a dedicated futures intelligence unit specializing in exponential technologies
- Author thought leadership pieces on climate-resilient business models and ethical AI governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 companies or tech innovation labs
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight from a recognized institution
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation in corporate settings
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic research institutions
