- Champion an innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with emerging technologies: generative AI, biotech convergence, climate resilience systems
- Global perspective with understanding of geopolitical and cultural shifts
