Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and socio-economic shifts affecting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion aligned with 10-year future scenarios
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops synthesizing AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership positioning NextGen as a 2026 innovation authority
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with potential for 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
