Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap, specifically aligning with the goals and standards of 2026.
- Lead the architectural strategy for next-generation cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, edge computing, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI and future-proof the business.
- Mentor senior engineering managers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for technical debt management and system modernization to support rapid scaling.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of future-forward technologies, including AI/ML integration and quantum computing principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
