Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies
- Produce annual Horizon Scan reports identifying paradigm-shifting technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year market impact
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Futurecasting Framework
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or AGI
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Futurista) and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
