Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders across global innovation hubs
- Author predictive whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proof methodologies and adaptive innovation processes
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic frameworks
- Experience advising C-level executives on technology disruption and transformation
