Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies

- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with cross-functional innovation programs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into business strategy
