Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives and client needs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful future-tech roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience managing budgets >$5M for innovation initiatives
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Blockchain Council) a plus
