Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error-correction protocols for 2026-era hardware
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Author technical white papers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming paradigms
- Interface with quantum hardware manufacturers to influence next-gen processor designs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
