- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design scenario planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed futures thinking into corporate strategy
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation patterns
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, SFI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched
