Responsibilities

- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to anticipate societal and market shifts post-2025
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible adoption
- Mentor innovation specialists in foresight methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futurism, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (IEEE, TechCrunch, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 5+ year technology predictions realized
