- Secure $10M+ in research grants through innovative proposal development
- Mentor junior quantum researchers in emerging fields like topological qubits
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of designing quantum algorithms with <10% error rates
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Published research in top-tier journals with >50 citations
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
