Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global conferences
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation
- Secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies
- Partner with product teams to translate research into market-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with neural network optimization
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Strong background in natural language processing and computer vision
- Proven track record of developing production-grade AI systems
- Experience with MLOps and scalable AI deployment
