Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, anticipating market shifts and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biometric interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive intelligence across 15+ industries
- Present strategic foresight reports to the executive board and investor committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Mentor product teams in agile development for futuristic product lifecycles
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or strategic foresight roles with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on post-2025 tech trends (patents/white papers)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating $10M+ revenue
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
