Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using advanced foresight methodologies and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries to anticipate market shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future scenarios
- Present compelling innovation narratives to investors and board members securing multi-million dollar allocations
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI-powered trend forecasting platforms
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives tracking ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies or market-disrupting initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting to executive audiences
- Certified in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, AFS) or equivalent credentials
