Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead predictive market analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks with measurable environmental and social impact metrics
- Direct cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototype development
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with 5+ years in futurism/predictive analysis
- Proven track record launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Mastery of scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with UN SDG alignment and ESG tech frameworks
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 predictive accuracy
