Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures for autonomous navigation and decision-making systems.
- Lead the R&D roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, safety compliance, and ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate software into physical robots.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for real-time processing on edge devices.
- Conduct research on reinforcement learning and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) algorithms.
- Document technical specifications and present progress to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System) and Gazebo.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or patents in the AI space.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
