- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Mentain cross-functional innovation labs with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present trend analyses to investors and board members quarterly
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and research centers
- Drive patent development for proprietary future-tech solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex datasets
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
