Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario planning for quantum-AI convergence and decentralized infrastructure ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and biometric technologies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, TED-style talks, and industry roundtables
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing product development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in regulatory tech (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act) and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
