Responsibilities
- Architecture & Implementation: Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and SVG.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex motion concepts into smooth, interactive animations.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize rendering performance for mobile and desktop environments to ensure 60fps experiences and minimal load times.
- Library Development: Build reusable 2D libraries and utilities to accelerate team development and maintain design consistency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a specific focus on 2D graphics and interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Flexbox/Grid).
- Graphics Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HTML5 Canvas API, WebGL, and requestAnimationFrame.
- Tools: Strong grasp of physics engines (Matter.js, Box2D) and animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience optimizing complex DOM and Canvas operations for speed and accessibility.
