Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement a comprehensive technological roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, integrating AI with emerging quantum solutions.
- Temporal Model Development: Spearhead the development of predictive algorithms that can simulate and optimize scenarios years into the future.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Quantum Engineers, and UX Designers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with business goals and long-term vision.
- Algorithm Optimization: Oversee the refinement of neural networks to ensure high accuracy in high-latency environments.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical and technical risks associated with advanced AI deployment and mitigate them proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the AI or Tech industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Network architectures.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to product development (specifically pre-2026 technologies).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
