Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating disruptive technologies with market potential
- Develop go-to-market strategies for novel tech solutions, ensuring competitive differentiation
- Present compelling technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee technology innovation portfolio management, balancing risk and opportunity
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, frameworks) positioning InnovateNext as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
