Responsibilities
- Architect and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, AWS ML)
- Experience scaling technologies from concept to global deployment
