Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum integration, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and global innovation hubs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record in launching at least one breakthrough tech product
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with UN SDGs or global tech policy frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
