Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology and product roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate high-level visions into actionable project plans.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the planning and execution of high-priority projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic plans to stakeholders, securing buy-in and communicating the value of future initiatives.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology partners and vendors to ensure we leverage the best solutions for our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and identify high-impact opportunities in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing) and their potential applications.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
