Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic computing) relevant to the 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in across the organization.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the migration of existing systems to future-proof platforms, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or CTO-level advisory roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Microservices, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and adapting architectural strategies accordingly.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
