Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive trends and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners
- Author annual 'State of the Future' industry reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
