Responsibilities

- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Create sustainable tech blueprints aligned with 2030 environmental mandates
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-year implementation roadmaps
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with proven 2026+ tech implementations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and distributed ledger tech
- Certification in AI Ethics or Future Studies (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience leading $10M+ tech transformation projects
- Strong background in sustainable technology design principles
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
