Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage technical debt.

- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in senior technology leadership, architecture, or strategic planning roles.
- Proven experience in directing large-scale technology transformations or digital initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI trends, Machine Learning, and SaaS architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
