Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 core systems stack, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Define and oversee the roadmap for future tech integration, including quantum-ready algorithms and advanced neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in high-scale distributed systems or AI infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in designing for the future, specifically in areas like Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Architecture Search, or Quantum Computing interfaces.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define clear paths forward.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
