Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with focus on AI, quantum computing, and immersive tech

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
