- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop future-proof infrastructure and governance frameworks for exponential tech
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster innovation ecosystems through partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Mentor teams in adaptive methodologies for rapid tech adoption and scaling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with exponential tech exposure
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning for complex systems
