- Lead scenario planning workshops for high-uncertainty environments
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Drive cross-functional adoption of future-proofing methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Exceptional data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in future-facing publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
