Responsibilities
- Architect and own the comprehensive 2026 AI product and technology strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Product to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our 2026 roadmap.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for all AI-driven projects.
- Present strategic updates, technical roadmaps, and ROI forecasts to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in AI deployment and proactively design mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, or AI/ML leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling machine learning or AI products.
- Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, LLMs, and data infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a highly agile, fast-paced tech startup or enterprise environment.
