Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and Machine Learning infrastructure that meets the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Model Governance & Deployment: Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Exploration: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends (e.g., generative models, neural architecture search) and evaluate their applicability to our products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in AI/ML architecture or engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
