Responsibilities

- Develop scalable machine learning pipelines using TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks
- Collaborate with CTO to define 2026 technology roadmap and strategic implementation plans
- Lead MLOps deployment of AI models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Conduct advanced data modeling for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging AI paradigms and ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with proven experience in enterprise-scale deployments
- Expertise in Python, distributed computing, and cloud-native architectures
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with focus on neural networks or reinforcement learning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or industry patents
- Certification in AWS/Azure AI specialty or equivalent cloud architecture credentials
- Experience leading AI transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients
