Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed architectures for next-gen AI workloads and quantum cloud services.
- Lead the technical strategy for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate novel machine learning models into core product lines.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity and security.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with 10+ years of experience.
- Proven expertise in designing high-throughput, low-latency systems for AI inference and training.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with specific experience in quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large-scale engineering teams and projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
