Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 technologies including quantum machine learning and synthetic consciousness
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Architect adaptive neural networks capable of real-time learning from quantum data streams
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop brain-computer interfaces for AI training
- Drive innovation in predictive analytics using temporal data fusion techniques
- Establish KPIs for AI system explainability and bias mitigation in autonomous systems
- Present strategic AI innovations to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 8+ years of AI leadership experience
- Proven expertise in developing production-level LLMs and generative AI systems
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their AI applications
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware and brain-inspired computing architectures
- Demonstrated success in scaling AI teams and managing $10M+ R&D budgets
