Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies post-2025
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation investments
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing product architectures and security protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and market trend analysis for future-focused industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO School, Strategic Innovation Leadership)
