Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and UN SDG frameworks
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Quantify ROI for emerging tech investments through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Drive adoption of Web3.0, quantum-resistant cryptography, and neuro-interfaces
- Present disruption-prevention strategies to the Board of Directors and investors
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms or hardware innovations to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in future studies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
