Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and emerging technology strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to prototype next-generation machine learning models.
- Identify and evaluate new technological trends and their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Present strategic roadmaps and progress updates to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Lead a high-performing team of technologists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid iteration.
- Ensure all emerging tech initiatives align with corporate goals, security standards, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast tech trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
