Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic roadmap for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for maximum efficiency, low latency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust AI technical solutions.
- Ensure rigorous data security, privacy compliance, and ethical AI standards across all projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native AI systems on AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
