Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-time enterprise applications.
- Ensure the ethical, transparent, and secure deployment of AI technologies in compliance with global standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Provide technical leadership in code reviews, system architecture reviews, and strategic planning for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
