Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Year 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core product ecosystems.
- Oversee the modernization and migration of legacy systems to support futuristic scalability and security.
- Manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies that will shape the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Establish best practices for cloud architecture and data governance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technology transformations or Year X strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
