Responsibilities
- Lead development of 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience managing P&L for tech initiatives over $5M
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
