Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Operate material handling equipment (certification provided)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce St location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
